Tours, Observations, & QuestionsThe Staff at Montessori Educare Academy is dedicated to help you make the best educational choices for your child. We schedule tours by appointment only. The toddler classrooms have privacy windows and parents and prospective families are welcome to observe the classes in session. Our primary classrooms have viewing windows as well. Observations within the classroom setting are encouraged. We ask that parents come alone and follow our observation guidelines to minimize disruption to the classroom and the students. We are able to answer follow-up questions in person, over the phone, or via email.
Application Process
Welcome! The staff here at Montessori Educare Academy is dedicated to providing the best education for each individual student enrolled here. Part of this dedication is assisting you, as a family, to make the right educational choice for your child. If you are interested in exploring Montessori Educare Academy as an option for your child’s education you will need to begin by scheduling your initial visit, which will include a video presentation, a facility tour, a one hour classroom observation, and a brief meeting with our Admissions Director.
If you feel that MEA is a good fit for your family, you will schedule a parent interview. Both parents are strongly encouraged to attend this session, as well as complete the classroom observation. After this interview, you will be given the enrollment application to complete and be required to pay a non-refundable application fee of $75.00. Upon completion, the admissions committee will review your file and respond within 3-5 business days. After your child’s acceptance, you will need to pay the $200.00 enrollment fee, fill out the remaining enrollment documents, and provide immunization records to secure your child’s place here at MEA.
